Edition 2015
We decided for the "Ladies' Turn 2015" edition to collaborate with schools, enabling girls to pursue both their passion for football and their education. To further encourage them, scholarships will be awarded to the best students. We will visit five regions: Thies, Fatick, Kaolack, Saint-Louis, and Kaffrine. In school yards, girls expressed their passion for football, marking a significant milestone in Ladies Turn's mission to blend "Sports and Studies."
For the Dakar region, equipment donations will be made to eight teams from the first and second divisions (Sirenes de Grand Yoff (D1), Amazone de Yeumbeul (D1), Dakar Sporting (D2), Guédiawaye (D2). Pool B: Mediour (D1), Aigles de la Médina (D1), Amazone de Grand-Yoff (D1) Uspa (D2)).
The 2015 tournament pays tribute to Mrs. Suzanne Bianchi, mother of Jennifer Browning, the initiator of the Ladies Turn project, who passed away in November 2013 in the USA. Suzanne consistently provided unwavering support to the association, and numerous donations were made in her name. Ladies Turn is proud to honor her memory.
